Description
The tables are 7′ and come with 2 chairs and 2 badges. These tables are located in the breakout rooms leading up to the main Main Hall. There will be 6 tables per room, and we are organizing a scavenger hunt to encourage guests to visit each room. See Map for details.
There are no refunds, but you can transfer/sell your table to a different creator if needed. The convention director must approve all transfers.
The table setup is from 8 am to 10 am on the day of the show. Floor hours are 10 am to 6 pm, and the breakdown is from 6 pm to 8 pm.
